New patented system for the treatment of malodorous air.

Filters for the treatment of odors from coverages of tanks of sewage treatment plants, storage tanks of chemicals, petrochemicals and organic putrescibile material, room processes that develop unpleasant odors, air from suction systems. It ‘a fully green technology as it takes advantage to purify the energy of daylight. It doesn’t requires electrical connections. The filters are sized according to the specific needs of air treatment. The filter has one side with active carbons which have the task of adsorbing the pollutants and one side with titanium dioxide, which when activated by daylight energy, oxidizes the adsorbed compounds and in this way, activated carbons are regenerated.

Maintenance is minimal: only requires replacement of the filter media every 12-18 months depending on use.

• มลพิษในอากาศที่ต้องการบำบัดจะถูกดูดซับ(Adsorb) บนแผ่นชั้นของ Activated Carbon และเกิดการ Oxidize ด้วยการเร่งปฏิกิริยาของชั้นTitanium Dioxide (TiO2)ซึ่งเป็นSemiconductor solid และถูกกระตุ้นด้วยแสงแดด (Daylight) ที่มีความยาวคลื่นเฉพาะ (ช่วงUV)  ทำให้มลพิษนั้นสลายเป็น CO2 และ H2O

Introduction

• The titanium dioxide (TiO2) is one of the photocatalytic materials most frequently used for the preparation of different products

By exposure of the catalyst to light, it is generated excited states are able to start chain processes such as redox reactions and molecular transformations (see picture)
