SIRIUS Safety modules Motor starters with conventional safety technology: - In the ET 200S motor starter system, motor starters can be used for the direct and reverse operation of motors. The fail-safe RC circuit is implemented over integrated power modules or safety relays (PM-D F SIGUARD). - This enables the implementation of "E-Stop" shutdowns, protective door monitoring and time-delayed shutdowns according to Cat. 2 OR 4, EN 954-1. - ET 200S standard motor starters have a switching capacity of up to 5.5 kW. The ET 200S High Feature starters offer a greater switching capacity of up to 7.5 kW, as well as diagnostic functions and parameterization options. This means that just 2 versions cover the entire current setting range of 16A. Customer benefits of the motor starter: - Up to 80% less wiring - Increased availability due to tool-free "hot-swapping" - Up to 50% smaller footprint - Significantly reduced testing costs/labor Fail-safe technology: - Fail-safe technology on board due to integrated safety relay (power module) - Configuration option for several safety circuits (separated, cascaded)
