EXHIBITION IN VERONA PULIRE 2007
Verona confirms its leadership in the production and technological advancements in the field of environmental hygiene.
This leadership was recognized at “Pulire 2007”, the 18th edition of this international exhibition of the enviornmental hygiene sector that took place at Verona Fiere. The exhibition was a great success – and after four busy days – it was reported that there was a large increase of professional visitors and guests from Italy and the world.
The exhibition continues to grow and is consistently ranked as one of the most important exhibitions of this sector in Europe.
In the mind of exhibitors and visitors, Pulire is synonymous with Verona.
The Vispa 35B, the small and revolutionary battery walk-behind scrubbing machine produced by Comac won – with unanimous approval of exhibition visitors through a closed ballot vote – the “Innovation Prize Pulire 2007” standing out alone among an innovative line-up of products, chosen by industry judges from professional journals of the sector.
“The goal of this competition” explained Giampaolo Ruffo, “was the recognition and the evaluation of the firms excelling in evolution according to technical, technological and methodological level, safety level and fitness for use “.
In a touching moment of unique circumstances, Giampaolo Ruffo, president of Afidamp FAB, the organizer of the competition, was proud to present the prize to his father Giancarlo Ruffo, president of Comac Spa.
Guests and visitors alike applauded in sincere approval as Giancarlo Ruffo was presented this prestigious award, symbolically representative as a “beacon” of great success and achievment in the sector.
“I am very pleased” said Giancarlo Ruffo “because this prize gratifies a great team work. At the exhibition we presented twelve new machines, included Vispa 35B. To make this machine, that with no doubt will leave traces, was not very simple: the effort in the research, planning and the putting into production to make it, required almost a three years’ work. With this model we are aware that we opened a new and stimulating boundary in the field of the small walk-behind scrubbing machines, suitable for community-places with great possibility of use also in private environments”.
